Small kitchen, big reputation
Max Garden is a small but wildly loved restaurant in Palmanova, built on one simple idea: healthy food, cooked fresh the moment you order it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner — every single day.
Our takeaway is a local ritual: beach boxes for the sand, quick lunches for the offices next door. Around 90% of our menu is gluten free, and we serve matcha, tapas, bowls, vegan and vegetarian plates alongside proper chicken and beef.
